Kanopy provides an all-inclusive service including sourcing any required titles, negotiating with many different suppliers and clearing all copyright issues. Kanopy allows you to channel all of your video programming needs to one company saving you time and resources, and removing the hassle of many different suppliers and payment methods.
Kanopy supplies DVDs to educational institutions, so the best way to order is through your institution’s library. However if you wish to purchase a DVD outside of an educational institution please e-mail sales@kanopy.com.au as we are always happy to assist with your enquiries.
If your institution is currently using Kanopy you can place orders through your library and recommend titles to be purchased by adding items to your cart and clicking the Recommend for Purchase button at checkout.
If your institution does not have an account, please e-mail sales@kanopy.com.au to create one for you.
No, there are many titles that we are able to supply but do not have the right to advertise. We also do not advertise any ‘studio’ films. Any titles that are not advertised can be requested by e-mailing sales@kanopy.com.au or by simply adding the requested titles in the comments section upon checkout.
You can use the Advanced Search feature (beneath the search box at the top of each page) to search by keywords in the title or synopsis, the DVD ID, year of production range and price range, and refine your results by supplier or category.
Once your search results appear you can also refine by category or supplier using the links on the left side of the page.
Email sales@kanopy.com.au or add the requested titles in the comments section during the checkout process. Kanopy’s acquisition team will source the DVD and advise price and availability of the titles before continuing with your order.
If the title is also available for streaming, there will be a link underneath the price box saying ‘Also available on Kanopy Streaming’. Alternatively, you can search the Kanopy Streaming webshop: www.kanopystreaming.com.
All invoices will be received on delivery of the DVDs. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice and we prefer EFT or cheque payments. Please ensure you include a purchase order number when ordering.
